How to Download White-Labelled Store and Franchise Performance Reports

The Report Everyone Asks For on Monday Morning
Whoever owns reviews in your business ends up owning a recurring chore: proving the work happened. A franchisor wants performance by location. A location manager wants their own numbers. If you are an agency, a client wants something they can forward to their own boss — ideally without another vendor's logo on it.
The data already exists. Getting it into a shareable shape is the part that eats an afternoon.
The Manual Approach: Screenshots and Spreadsheets
Without a reporting feature, the routine usually looks like this:
- Open each location's listing and copy the rating and review count into a spreadsheet.
- Screenshot a few representative reviews.
- Paste it all into a slide deck and re-apply the brand template.
- Repeat next week, because none of it updates itself.
It works, but it scales badly and it is error-prone in the least forgiving way — the numbers you hand a client are the ones they remember.
White-Label Reporting Is Usually a Partner Tier
White-labelled reporting exists elsewhere — but it is nearly always positioned as an agency or reseller feature rather than something included with a normal account.
- Birdeye offers fully branded dashboards and automated reporting with your logo, colours and even a custom domain, through its channel partner and reseller programme. Excellent if you are a partner. Less useful if you are a five-location operator who just wants a PDF without someone else's logo on it.
- Podium is strong on reputation management generally but does not market white-label client reporting the way Birdeye does.
- Agencies frequently end up using BrightLocal or Grade.us specifically because they are the accessible white-label options, which tells you how the incumbents have priced theirs.
- Plenty of teams give up and pipe data into a separate reporting tool such as AgencyAnalytics, which means paying for a second product to reformat the first one's output.
Layer that on per-location pricing and a shareable branded report becomes a line item rather than a feature.
Inform treats it as neither. The Download button is on the summary page, the logo comes from your settings, and it is included.
Inform AI: One Button, Your Logo
Inform puts a Download button on both summary pages — the organisation view and the individual location view. It generates a PDF of exactly what is on screen, laid out for sharing, carrying your logo and never Inform's.
There is no separate report builder to learn. If the page looks right, the PDF looks right.
1. Upload Your Logo Once
White-labelling is driven by a single setting. In Org Settings, find the Branding section and upload your logo.
- PNG or JPEG, up to 280 KB.
- Use a version that reads well on white — it sits at the top of the report.
- You can replace or remove it at any time.
That logo is then applied to every report you download, for every location.
2. Download an Organisation-Wide Report
Open the Summary page. With Organization View selected you are looking at every connected location at once — total reviews, the organisation-wide average rating, and how each location compares week over week.
The Download button sits at the top of the page, next to the platform and view selectors. One click produces the whole organisation summary as a PDF.
3. Download a Single Location Report
Switch the selector from Organization View to a specific location — or open that location directly — and the same Download button exports just that store.
This is the version location managers actually want: their rating, their review count, their standout comments and their rating distribution, without the other branches' numbers alongside.
What Lands in the PDF
The report mirrors the page it came from, so there is no second version of the truth to reconcile:
- The reporting period and headline verdict for the week.
- Review volume and average rating.
- Rating distribution.
- Standout comments pulled verbatim from real reviews.
- Sentiment analysis across quality, pricing, wait times and store experience.
Because generation happens in your browser at the moment you click, the report always reflects the data currently on screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the report have Inform branding on it?
No. That is the point of the feature. The report carries the logo you upload in Org Settings and nothing of Inform's — so it can go straight to a client or a franchisor.
What file size and format can the logo be?
PNG or JPEG, up to 280 KB. Anything within that will render cleanly at the top of the report.
Can I download a report for just one store?
Yes. Select the location from the summary page selector and the Download button exports that location only, with its own reviews, ratings and comments.
Do I need to set anything up before my first download?
Only your logo, and even that is optional — the report generates without one. Everything else comes from summary data Inform already produces for your connected locations.
Why Choose Inform AI?
Reporting should be the easy part of review management:
- ✅ Your brand, not ours — every report carries your logo only.
- ✅ Org-wide or per-location — the same button on both views.
- ✅ Matches the dashboard exactly — one set of numbers, no reconciliation.
- ✅ No export limits or reporting tier — download as often as you need.
- ✅ Ready to forward — a PDF a client or franchisor can read without context.
