Specify the conditions you want it to trigger upon. - If you want a hand-written reply, then write out the hand-written reply. Now, anytime you want a specific hand-written reply, it will send this upon ‘Generate Reply’ for any reviews that match your conditions. - If you want the Weekly AI Auto-Reply to ignore the review that matches your conditions (ie, not have it reply to those reviews), you can select ‘Ignore’ instead of writing a template response. - For example, let’s say you want to avoid AI Auto-Reply for 5 star reviews, or send a specific hand-written response for reviews that bring up a specific topic or words. This will allow you to do so. 7. Disable Auto-Reply Anytime - Want to stop automation? Simply toggle Weekly AI Auto-Reply OFF.
